1. Please read these conditions carefully before making any contact.

2. We ask you to bring us the usual food of your pet in sufficient quantity for his stay. You also leave us his collar, his harness and his leash. It is possible to bring your basket / cover clean, but we also have sleeping.

3. The owner must provide the animal's health record

4. The animal must be up to date in its vaccines.

5. The owner must report any health problems and provide instructions and medications necessary for the care of the animal.

6. We give ourselves the right not to accept dogs that are aggressive, runaway, destructive or that cause too much barking (noise nuisance), but also unsterilized bitches, dogs of 1st and 2nd category and non-castrated males.

7. In case of medical problem, the pension is committed to contact the owner of the animal and have it examined by a veterinarian. Either by the usual veterinarian or by the veterinarian of the pension. All costs incurred are the responsibility of the owner, an invoice will be given.

8. The pension declines any responsibility in case of death of the animal during the stay without direct link to our responsibility.

9. The owner tells us a phone number where he is reachable and agrees to notify us of any extension of stay.

10. Any dog ​​not taken back from the pension 15 days after the scheduled date and without news from you, will be considered as abandoned and will be returned to the pound.

    In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded (except death of the animal proved by veterinary certificate).

12. In case of reduction of the duration of the stay envisaged during the reservation the owner is obliged to pay the totality of the balance.

13. The provision of this stay does not include grooming.

14. Pet owners recognized as valuable or competitive are required to be personally insured
